After a very poor experience with another hot tub retailer, we were immediately reassured by Geoff that BLO would be able provide exactly what we wanted and delivered safely. We received great service from start to finish.

We were kept fully informed about the delivery time, and when the three installers arrived (Bill, Phil and Barry) it was immediately clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. They worked brilliantly as a team, each knowing their role and what needed to be done at every stage.

They explained everything as they went along, including what they were doing and, importantly, why. Once the hot tub was installed, they took the time to make sure we fully understood how to use it and gave us lots of really useful tips on getting the best from the hot tub and keeping it clean and well maintained.

Nothing felt rushed, despite the installation being completed quickly. They were efficient, methodical and thorough, checking everything was as we wanted before they left. They were also incredibly polite, friendly and helpful throughout.

They left everything clean and tidy, and the whole installation was carried out to a really high standard.

These guys were a pleasure to deal with and are a real credit to the company.

We would highly recommend them and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The customer service was exemplary - huge shout out to Craig who could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process.

We also used the installation service which I’d massively recommend - the team did a great job, left the place clean and tidy, and were generally just very nice and helpful.

Faultless and would highly recommend BLO.

Went there to buy replacement filters for our hot tub. Staff were very helpful and even passed on contact details of a hot tub engineer who could service ours despite them not stocking our brand. Highly recommended.

A first class company to deal with. We have just had a garden sauna fitted by better living outdoors. Geoff was so professional and patient and gave excellent advice. Geoff answered all my questions and discussed the best sauna for our home. Based on Geoff’s advice we went ahead. The team who fitted the sauna arrived early and worked so quickly and neatly. Bill, Phil, Jack and Barry did a tremendous job. They explained everything to me and fitted the sauna so quickly - a truly stress free experience. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future and I highly recommend them. A stress free and excellent experience. Thank you.

I am absolutely delighted with my sauna and the entire experience from start to finish was truly faultless. Craig went out of his way to communicate clearly and promptly, answering every one of my questions with patience and care. His support made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

Phil and Bill, who carried out the installation, were amazing. They are hardworking, friendly, and incredibly skilled at what they do. I really appreciated their professionalism and the pride they take in their work.

I highly recommend Better Living Outfit door exceptional service, brilliant workmanship, and a beautiful sauna that I’m thrilled with. Thank You.
