Fabulous company. From ordering to being delivered so easy. Hot tob arrived and the guys where very professional and chatty. Once it was in we noticed a missing part so contacted you guys who where fab. you booked in a date that the parts would be fitted and everything went smoothly. The engineer came yesterday and carried out the work and was very tidy. luckily the sun came out for him! thank you everyone. We love our tub and we're so ready for summer bbqs now as soon as we can. We purchased a Dominican hot tub in May for June delivery and were a bit nervous about buying online without seeing the product but the price was too good to resist! However the product is good quality as well as great value and best of all, excellent and very prompt customer service from start to finish. Delivery team were fab and the after care has been really helpful too.
Had our Barbados hot tub for 4 weeks now, the whole experience from ordering to installation was fantastic, we were kept informed of the status at all times, Geoff from Shrewsbury is extremely knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone for advice, nothing is too much trouble.
