Please note, for Titan pergolas ordered prior to 2022 you are unable to fix a side wall directly underneath where the crank handle is situated. Therefore, you will be able to fix a maximum of 2 side wall panels to the side with a crank handle, all other sides will take 3 side wall panels. For Titan pergolas purchased in or after 2022, 3 side wall panels can be added to any side of the pergola, but do remember you will need to leave a gap to enter your pergola.

Cayman 1 was delivered in May. It has taken me a while to write a review as I am never out of the tub! The service from this company and Phil was amazing from start to finish. Great communication, attention to detail as it was a tricky delivery and Phil sourced the cheapest crane for the job. After I reported a small problem it was fixed within hours. Fabulous company. From ordering to being delivered so easy. Hot tob arrived and the guys where very professional and chatty. Once it was in we noticed a missing part so contacted you guys who where fab. you booked in a date that the parts would be fitted and everything went smoothly. The engineer came yesterday and carried out the work and was very tidy. luckily the sun came out for him! thank you everyone. We love our tub and we're so ready for summer bbqs now as soon as we can. We purchased a Dominican hot tub in May for June delivery and were a bit nervous about buying online without seeing the product but the price was too good to resist! However the product is good quality as well as great value and best of all, excellent and very prompt customer service from start to finish. Delivery team were fab and the after care has been really helpful too.
Had our Barbados hot tub for 4 weeks now, the whole experience from ordering to installation was fantastic, we were kept informed of the status at all times, Geoff from Shrewsbury is extremely knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone for advice, nothing is too much trouble. We bought the Melbourne Spa in September. We visited Better Living for initial advice on the differences between ‘plug & play’ and 32 amp models. The staff were very friendly and non-pushy and didn’t ‘hard-sell’. We went away and visited other competitors to compare prices / models but after receiving the hard-sell and promises of better deals on condition of ‘signing up today’, came back to Better Living. The purchase process was easy and crane delivery was both reasonable and competitively priced.We use the spa every day and can honestly say we wouldn’t now be without it. We both work in busy and stressful jobs in the NHS, and find the psychological and physical health benefits amazing. We love nothing more than chilling out in the hot tub after work, and in just 30 minutes feel both relaxed and all the muscular tension and soreness is gone.08/02/23 - updateWe've had the spa now for over a year and I wanted to comment on after sales service. The team at Better Living have been absolutely amazing, and any (small) issues which one would expect, have been sorted promptly and without fuss. Jo in particular has such a positive 'can do' attitude and is a credit to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Better Living, and wouldn't now go anywhere else when purchasing another spa.

Highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to buy a hot tub, the staff went absolutely above and beyond while we were looking at the different specs and also after I got it delivered for loads of advice. I searched online and in different showrooms and never found hot tubs like these and they are a fantastic price.

The experience of getting a hot tub from start to finish has been superb. In the showroom, Helen was both enthusiastic and patience when answering the 1001 questions we had before we decided which tub to purchase, and a couple of follow up queries. The installation of the hot tub was a swift and smooth operation with the wonderful James and Reece. Not only were they professional and polite, they were neat and tidy. They listened to what we wanted, and where we wanted the tub, and once in place they double checked everything again. They took the time to explain the instructions, the chemicals, and offered a few day to day tips. They worked hard but also had a sense of humour, and were a dream to have in our home

I didn’t intend to buy from here however upon walking in the door it was clear to me these guys were the place to buy from. Not at any point were they like pushy sales people Infact far from it. My daughter & I were looking at all the tubs & one of the managers showed me how one worked & answered all my queries without pushing any sale. We got an instant feeling of being comfortable & knowing this was the exact company we wanted to buy from ! After reviewing their site & online reviews it proved to us that we were in good hands. Absolutely amazing service from the very beginning with an amazing quality product. The tub arrived yesterday & installation wasn’t an issue for the 2 guys who came. Absolutely amazing service & we can’t thank you enough. We know for sure we’re in good hands to ask any queries that might arise & incase we have any issues in the future. I did lots of research and spoke to lots of firms before I made my decision to buy my hot tub from Better Living Outdoors and I am very happy I did. From start the finish the customer service was outstanding. The team in the showroom of Roz and Geoff are not only friendly but also informative on the products and we’re flexible, responsive and very helpful. The install team were equally as pleasant, helpful and made the customer experience a really enjoyable one. The tub itself we use a lot and we love it. IF we ever have any issues with it I’m in no doubt the team would work hard to resolve it but we’ve not needed to as it’s all worked perfectly. Highly recommend Better living outdoors, the staff are a credit to the business

Unbelievable service from the minute I walked through the door to installation of tub . Could not recommend jo enough - she knew all their was to know about the Hot Tubs . Every different make & Model - listened to what we wanted and expected from out Hot Tub. After researching different companies and going around looking at other firms we soon realised Better Living Outdoors we’re far superior - in professionalism and better quality of spas … They made the whole process simple and the guys who dropped off the tub were amazing . We ordered our tub form the guys at Better living during the Christmas break we never expected to here from them till they had reopened in January however to our surprise the called the next day with a installation date. The tub was delivered and installed just 10 days from initial ordering. The communication from Better living was outstanding. The installation team were great with the job completed in just a couple of hrs. Then today we got a courtesy phone call from Omar in the office just to make sure all was good. Customer satisfaction is obviously very important to this company.We are loving our new hot tub.

Christmas is a busy time of year and unfortunately we experienced a technical issue with our hot tub. We contacted the Durham branch where it was purchased and received a good & fast response with fantastic after sales service in resolving the issue. We would like to thank all of the Durham’s team and the lads who came out to resolve the issue. It was performed in a very efficient & friendly manner. Our thanks to everyone involved . We got our hot tub the Melbourne delivered in July and absolutely love it. The engineers that came to install it were fantastic and extremely helpful. We had a couple of problems with the tub but the customer service was again fantastic and someone had come out to fix the problem very quickly driving 5 hours down to u, even for just a 5 minute fix.
All in all would highly recommend and thanks again!!!

From beginning to end we have had five star service buying our hot tub from better living. We saw Craig who helped us narrow down what we wanted in a tub. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Milan, midnight canyon hot tub! Better Living Outdoors have been a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry through to installation. We visited their new show room in Haddenham (Aylesbury) and were very impressed with the expertise of Craig - his YouTube videos are a must watch and so much better than trawling through websites - he knows them inside out! We recently purchased the all new Milan hot tub, having seen the videos on line and speaking with Craig at the Shewsbury branch. From point of sale to delivery it could not have gone smoother. The 2 man delivery team were excellent and helpful. We did experience a problem, but Jo in the office arranged for an engineer to visit the next day and it was sorted. These days its rare to get a friendly and clearly caring company who will do what they can to help in both pre and post sale service The Milan was a great choice for us, well priced and service could not be faulted. We received our Barbados hot tub, 7 wks early. 🎉🎉 We can’t thank you all for making our decision easy!!!Fantastic communication skills, kept us updated with delivery. Austin & Tom delivered our hot tub at 8pm, very difficult with loading in to a deep hole ready for the tub! This did not stop them installing. They explained everything clearly, very professional. My experience with Better Living has been good.I had decided to get a hot tub and looked at reviews in the local area. Better living was close and also had good reviews. I visited the show room to be met by Craig. He was helpful throughout and even managed to squeeze my order delivery in early after we had chosen a tub. On the day of delivery it rained which was unusual for the time of year. Liam and Rob took it in their stride. Hot tub broke after 3 weeks due to a mechanical fault. The technician who came to look at it spent 30 minutes telling us why one of the directors disliked him and all the problems with the company, really bad customer service and business practice to spend so long ridiculing the company you work for. He couldn’t fix the issue and heard nothing from Better living until we chased them, they refused to resolve the issue and won’t fix it and continually refuse to discuss the issues with us. Unfortunately it leaves us with little choice but to take legal action. I hating saying to avoid companies but I would urge extreme caution when buying from these guys, if it breaks getting it fixed will be a huge task.

Wow what can I say I was blown away with the dedication and enthusiasm Darren and Chris both showed when they delivered our Mauritius hot tub on Monday evening in the wind and the rain there was a struggle to get the tub in the garden but Darren and Chris would not give up at all ! I have to say they were 2 of the best workmen I ever had and I would recommend them to everybody ! They were truly amazing and have made me very very happy ! We took delivery of a Cayman 2 in February. The two lads Dan and James sited and set up the tub in a polite, professional and helpful way. Bill and his colleagues in the Durham and Shrewsbury showrooms were always on hand to help with any technical advice and reassurance. Fantastic product and terrific service, never out of it and best value by a country mile.

Recently bought an Antigua hot tub from Craig at Better living. Have to say the service has just been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ordering was quick and easy we even had a phone call with one of the bosses who provided loads of advice, guidance and expertise. On day before delivery payments were taken efficiently and the next day as promised the tub arrived. Two team members practising complete social distancing, removed our fence got tub into the garden set up and advised on positioning etc.. provided an overview to features and what we do to set up!
Had a query afterwards which was answered with a quick phone cal! Team and everyone have been exceptional and we love our tub !

I ordered the ANTIGUA 2 and had it delivered and installed a couple of weeks ago. From my initial conversation with Craig and beyond the installation the service and support I have received has been fantastic. I'm not the type to leave reviews but my experience has been great and I wanted to share that. I haven't owned a spa previously so I had lots of questions and a lot to think about, I was given great advice from day one. The spa is fantastic, I'm really pleased I decided to go ahead. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Tub is fantastic price was excellent, delivery was spot on as access was just over dimensions required. After sales I have been back to Geoff with a couple of questions/emails and he always replies same day or within 24 hours. Videos for installation and running the product are clear and very factual.

Hi , I recently purchased a Florence hot tub from Better Living outdoors , it is there cheapest and most basic model , so I didn't expect too much ! after better living delivered and installed it , I let it settle down for a day and then tested the water and jumped in , it is a very hot , very powerful jetted tub and more than enough room for 5 adults . I'm still in shock as to why it is so cheap , having hired holiday lets for many years with hot tubs in them , I'm pleased to report this tub is more powerful and hotter than any I have tried . A1 service and first class help from the Durham team , cant approve them any more ..

Absolutely top class service, from the purchase (I went and viewed my tub in person before I paid the deposit. I was given a full run through of the features and gadgets. The salesman was also able to answer my questions about the weight and dimensions very quickly and knowledgeably)The delivery was fast and on a day that suited me, they were prompt and did a first class job. They asked exactly how I wished for it to be fitted, the position of my lounger seat and also assembled the steps.Once fitted and I'd been given the run through of how to fill and drain the tub, I was given a very thorough guide to using the features and also how to add my chemicals and keep them balanced.The first night I used my hot tub it was the start of the frosty nights, chilling in 40oC water, bubbles on, led lights changing around me and my music linked to the Bluetooth. There was no better place to be as I looked out on to the star filled sky and just basked in the powerful jets.Also I must add I suffer every day from excruciating pains in my knee after snapping my knee and tearing my cruciate tendon however if I have half an hour in my hot tub the pain is relieved more than any high strength pain killer could ever do. I'd recommend this company 100% if you're thinking of getting a tub. But id also tell anyone that isn't thinking of getting one that you don't realise what you're missing out on!!Absolutely 5 stars!!Aaron ElliottLangley Park roofing

Cannot recommend this company highly enough - excellent product and service throughout definitely one of the best decisions you could make !Product well designed and amazing value we bought a mid level tub and it has all the right features and essential needs such as ergonomic design, quality construction, good filtration and quiet running but powerful pump configuration.Sales service was excellent and installation bang on time and no issues whatsoever ( thankfully as we had to crane the tub in due to restricted access )Absolutely delighted from start to finish - many thanks to the superb team at better living.

Cant thank this company enough. From choosing a hot tub to having it installed was an easy process excellent service from the whole Durham team, nothing was to much trouble they arranged everything from the crane to the chemicals. I recommend anyone suffering with fibromyalgia, joint hypermobility syndrome and other painful conditions to get a hot tub I had best nights sleep in years. Thanks guys

Installation was simple and the guys arrived exactly when they said they would, They explained the chemicals and upkeep in really simple terms. Absolutely delighted with it and our children haven’t been out of it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and have passed details to a few friends.

Just bought Dominican hot tub from them (Feb 2019) I found Phil and his team very friendly an helpful, the two guys who installed the tub James and Graig, were very friendly and took me and the wife through the installation process, demonstrating how use the chemicals and how to look after the hot tub. I found there instructions clear and easy to understand, ( thanks guys). Been in the tub a few times and love it, the tub is well built and my family and friends of all commented how well it looks, looking forward to a great year using it.

We bought a Cayman hot tub from Phil in March last year and the service we received from sales, delivery and after care has been fantastic. The tub is excellent value for money and we’ve had loads of use out of it. We had a small issue with the heater recently and Phil and his colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful in getting it fixed in a timely manner. 10/10.

Brilliant company. Traveled all the way from Newcastle to deliver to us in Kent. No charge for delivery. Amazing spa and cheaper than anywhere else online or locally. Just took delivery of our hot tub yesterday. I was working so basically left the guys to it and returned home to find everything in place. Philip returned later to show us how everything worked. The family has all tried the tub tonight and I can honestly say we are so happy with our purchase. Philip was a great help, texted him several times to ask daft questions but it's important to know the answers to these questions when purchasing a hot tub for the first time. I highly recommend this company.

After buying a death trap from Hotpricetubs and having no option but to take them to court to get our money back, it was a welcome surprise to find that not all companies who sell hot tubs are just out to rip you off. When Phil and his colleague arrived with our new hot tub we were so pleased. Its quality is evident and its also CE marked, with the new balboa system its guaranteed to last. We have a real warranty with Phil, and we know that any issues Phil will be there, he is a very honourable business man! Phil is also becoming a "Bishta" member to show the professionalism of this business, which comforted me with the knowledge that safety to Phil is paramount. Phil is also a nice person, he doesn't just run a business he knows that his customers are the business and he goes out of his way to make you happy. He even hand delivered the products to go in the tub, how much of a wow factor is that.
