We took delivery of a Cayman 2 in February. The two lads Dan and James sited and set up the tub in a polite, professional and helpful way. Bill and his colleagues in the Durham and Shrewsbury showrooms were always on hand to help with any technical advice and reassurance. Fantastic product and terrific service, never out of it and best value by a country mile.

Managed to get our hot tub in just before lockdown, thankfully. It's made the whole experience a little easier to handle. The service we received from Geoff in the Shrewsbury showroom was genuinely above and beyond. He was happy to spend the time to ensure that we got what was going to be suitable for our needs. The delivery team were prompt, friendly and efficient. Geoff was on-hand immediately by phone and email to field the rash of questions that we had at the outset and get us on track very quickly. Our Riviera tub has performed flawlessly since it's installation and has lived up to all of our expectations. It was a big investment and a little scary to commit, but we are so happy that we did. We are delighted with the way we have been treated by Better Living Outdoors. Thank you Geoff.

Great people to deal with. Very knowledgeable. We had to unfortunately cancel our first order due to issues getting it in, but Phil managed to sort us out with a hot tub that didn't require a crane. Great guys who delivered and placed our hot tub where we wanted it, even though it was very awkward to get it there. I have no hesitation in recommending this company at all

I ordered the ANTIGUA 2 and had it delivered and installed a couple of weeks ago. From my initial conversation with Craig and beyond the installation the service and support I have received has been fantastic. I'm not the type to leave reviews but my experience has been great and I wanted to share that. I haven't owned a spa previously so I had lots of questions and a lot to think about, I was given great advice from day one. The spa is fantastic, I'm really pleased I decided to go ahead. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Just had the Cayman 2 fitted really impressed with the lads from the beginning. I wasn't their for the install but i was very impressed when i got home. Electrics are done neat and exactly where i wanted them along with the position of the hot tub. Would defo recommend cheers.

Great service all the way from the showroom to delivery. Geoff in Shrewsbury is very knowledgeable and not your typical salesman he knows his stuff and helps with choice and finance if required. So pleased with our hot tub. It has been in for several months and is brilliant. After hearing horror stories from hot tubs friends have bought from companies popping up online I decided to buy from a local firm. Installation was brilliant...delivered and set up ready to go and a lesson on how to maintain it etc. I also call and pop in to see Geoff in the Shrewsbury showroom if I need any advice which is brilliant. Very helpful company and the aftercare is good too. We chose the Dominican which is fab...although wouldn’t buy one for the waterfall/mushroom or fancy feature again as it’s something we don’t really bother with. We also don’t really use the lounger seat much either so glad we only had one lounger not 2. Ours has got lots of jets and one of them (if turned up full) literally massages your back to the bone! Invigorating!) Also would 100% recommend buying a lid lifter (which the lads installed when setting up)....it’s the best thing ever! A mush have.Best of all...didn’t touch my savings as opted for the 0% finance over 12 months! Nice knowing it will all be paid for in a year. Definitely recommend this company.

Hi , I recently purchased a Florence hot tub from Better Living outdoors , it is there cheapest and most basic model , so I didn't expect too much ! after better living delivered and installed it , I let it settle down for a day and then tested the water and jumped in , it is a very hot , very powerful jetted tub and more than enough room for 5 adults . I'm still in shock as to why it is so cheap , having hired holiday lets for many years with hot tubs in them , I'm pleased to report this tub is more powerful and hotter than any I have tried . A1 service and first class help from the Durham team , cant approve them any more ..

Absolutely top class service, from the purchase (I went and viewed my tub in person before I paid the deposit. I was given a full run through of the features and gadgets. The salesman was also able to answer my questions about the weight and dimensions very quickly and knowledgeably)The delivery was fast and on a day that suited me, they were prompt and did a first class job. They asked exactly how I wished for it to be fitted, the position of my lounger seat and also assembled the steps.Once fitted and I'd been given the run through of how to fill and drain the tub, I was given a very thorough guide to using the features and also how to add my chemicals and keep them balanced.The first night I used my hot tub it was the start of the frosty nights, chilling in 40oC water, bubbles on, led lights changing around me and my music linked to the Bluetooth. There was no better place to be as I looked out on to the star filled sky and just basked in the powerful jets.Also I must add I suffer every day from excruciating pains in my knee after snapping my knee and tearing my cruciate tendon however if I have half an hour in my hot tub the pain is relieved more than any high strength pain killer could ever do. I'd recommend this company 100% if you're thinking of getting a tub. But id also tell anyone that isn't thinking of getting one that you don't realise what you're missing out on!!Absolutely 5 stars!!Aaron ElliottLangley Park roofing

I suffer from arthritis and to be able to use the tub at the end of the day has been bliss.The process has been easy except for a few building issues and weather...We live in Snowdonia so part of the course. Cannot recommend this company highly enough - excellent product and service throughout definitely one of the best decisions you could make !Product well designed and amazing value we bought a mid level tub and it has all the right features and essential needs such as ergonomic design, quality construction, good filtration and quiet running but powerful pump configuration.Sales service was excellent and installation bang on time and no issues whatsoever ( thankfully as we had to crane the tub in due to restricted access )Absolutely delighted from start to finish - many thanks to the superb team at better living.

Cant thank this company enough. From choosing a hot tub to having it installed was an easy process excellent service from the whole Durham team, nothing was to much trouble they arranged everything from the crane to the chemicals. I recommend anyone suffering with fibromyalgia, joint hypermobility syndrome and other painful conditions to get a hot tub I had best nights sleep in years. Thanks guys

Cayman 1 was delivered in May. It has taken me a while to write a review as I am never out of the tub! The service from this company and Phil was amazing from start to finish. Great communication, attention to detail as it was a tricky delivery and Phil sourced the cheapest crane for the job. After I reported a small problem it was fixed within hours. The tub is excellent value, cheapest for the quality by far and great deals on finance. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for its service and products. Thanks Phil

Fabulous company. From ordering to being delivered so easy. Hot tob arrived and the guys where very professional and chatty. Once it was in we noticed a missing part so contacted you guys who where fab. you booked in a date that the parts would be fitted and everything went smoothly. The engineer came yesterday and carried out the work and was very tidy. luckily the sun came out for him! thank you everyone. We love our tub and we're so ready for summer bbqs now as soon as we can. Wow what can I say I was blown away with the dedication and enthusiasm Darren and Chris both showed when they delivered our Mauritius hot tub on Monday evening in the wind and the rain there was a struggle to get the tub in the garden but Darren and Chris would not give up at all ! I have to say they were 2 of the best workmen I ever had and I would recommend them to everybody ! They were truly amazing and have made me very very happy ! Recently bought an Antigua hot tub from Craig at Better living. Have to say the service has just been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ordering was quick and easy we even had a phone call with one of the bosses who provided loads of advice, guidance and expertise. On day before delivery payments were taken efficiently and the next day as promised the tub arrived. Two team members practising complete social distancing, removed our fence got tub into the garden set up and advised on positioning etc.. provided an overview to features and what we do to set up! Had a query afterwards which was answered with a quick phone cal! Team and everyone have been exceptional and we love our tub !

I got delivery of the cayman 2 on Monday, and the two lads that installed it Darren and dan were absolutely amazing nothing was a problem for them, my electrics were done so neatly. We bought a hot tub from Geoff in store, very knowledgeable guy has a very factual and truthfully approach. Tub is fantastic price was excellent, delivery was spot on as access was just over dimensions required. After sales I have been back to Geoff with a couple of questions/emails and he always replies same day or within 24 hours. Videos for installation and running the product are clear and very factual.

Just bought Dominican hot tub from them (Feb 2019) I found Phil and his team very friendly an helpful, the two guys who installed the tub James and Graig, were very friendly and took me and the wife through the installation process, demonstrating how use the chemicals and how to look after the hot tub. I found there instructions clear and easy to understand, ( thanks guys). Been in the tub a few times and love it, the tub is well built and my family and friends of all commented how well it looks, looking forward to a great year using it.Anyone thinking of buying a hot tub should seriously consider buying from this company I would give then 10 out of 10.

We bought a Cayman hot tub from Phil in March last year and the service we received from sales, delivery and after care has been fantastic. The tub is excellent value for money and we’ve had loads of use out of it. We had a small issue with the heater recently and Phil and his colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful in getting it fixed in a timely manner. 10/10.

Would recommend to anyone who are thinking of getting a hot tub. unfortunately cant say the same for after sale's. after having the hot tub just a couple of years we asked for advice on a few things. responses after long time or no response and when did respond very poor answer.would not use again for after sale.

Brilliant company. Traveled all the way from Newcastle to deliver to us in Kent. No charge for delivery. Amazing spa and cheaper than anywhere else online or locally. Just took delivery of our hot tub this week after buying on a bit of a whim. The company is local to us and we were impressed with the knowledge of staff and the fact there was no hard sell or pressure to get us to buy. Me and my husband researched garden spas for months before deciding to buy from Better living Outdoors and it was the best decision we have made.The quality is fantastic and we haven’t found a better price anywhere else. We bought the Barbados that has all the features we wanted that other companies charge extra for!! We were given an excellent service and advice throughout; the guys who installed the spa were friendly and professional. They explained fully how to use and maintain the spa, with the extra reassurance of being only a phone call away. We have had the spa a week now and it has been in constant use by everyone; including our children, family and friends. It has also been very beneficial to me as I have arthritis and I’ve have had recent spinal surgery; my pain killers consumption has halved due to the therapeutic benefits of the spa �We have no reservations in awarding this company 5 stars �

Just took delivery of our hot tub yesterday. I was working so basically left the guys to it and returned home to find everything in place. Philip returned later to show us how everything worked. The family has all tried the tub tonight and I can honestly say we are so happy with our purchase. Philip was a great help, texted him several times to ask daft questions but it's important to know the answers to these questions when purchasing a hot tub for the first time. I highly recommend this company.

After spending many many hours of searching, reviewing, agreeing our budget and changing our minds on configuration of seats, pumps, 32a/16a, running costs, insulation, etc, etc.. I made a call to the team in the north of England and appeased each of my concerns with the helpful non pressured sales advise and assistance I needed. We had budgeted around £6500-£7000 for our tub, and couldn't be sure that buying a tub for about half of this price we would be buying quality or poorly insulated. buy with confidence, these tubs are very well insulated, robust, sturdy and weather proof. don't be swayed by glitzy expensive alternatives, Our Refresh Tub is fantastic value for money and over engineered to meet all necessary safety and British construction standards. From point of order, through to delivery to our home, installation, local familiarisation with the controls, cleaning, chemicals requirements and general use, the exceptionally nice installation team left us to use our brand new tub with friends and family appeased with all the knowledge we needed with the knowledge the support number is there should we have any further questions.

After buying a death trap from Hotpricetubs and having no option but to take them to court to get our money back, it was a welcome surprise to find that not all companies who sell hot tubs are just out to rip you off. When Phil and his colleague arrived with our new hot tub we were so pleased. Its quality is evident and its also CE marked, with the new balboa system its guaranteed to last. We have a real warranty with Phil, and we know that any issues Phil will be there, he is a very honourable business man! Phil is also becoming a "Bishta" member to show the professionalism of this business, which comforted me with the knowledge that safety to Phil is paramount. Phil is also a nice person, he doesn't just run a business he knows that his customers are the business and he goes out of his way to make you happy. He even hand delivered the products to go in the tub, how much of a wow factor is that.
